2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to improper use
• Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify Greensheildinno within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of packaging
• Your order number or invoice

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first before sending any product back.

Provide the following information:

• Full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Supporting photos (if applicable)

Returns must be approved by Greensheildinno before shipment.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery. Greensheildinno is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

• You will receive notification confirming approval or rejection of the refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return request.
